If DiskSight isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund, no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email us via the support page with your account email and licence prefix. Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds for renewals are handled case by case within the 14-day window.

Lifetime licences

Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After a refund, the associated licence key is revoked.
