If DiskSight isn't for you, contact us within 14 days of your purchase and we'll issue a full refund — no hard feelings.

How to request a refund

Email us via the support page with your account email and licence prefix. Refunds are processed through Stripe back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.

Subscriptions

Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the current period. Refunds for renewals are handled case by case within the 14-day window.

Lifetime licences

Lifetime purchases are covered by the same 14-day guarantee. After a refund, the associated licence key is revoked.
