Your privacy matters. This policy explains what DiskSight collects and why.

Scanning stays on your machine

DiskSight analyses your drives entirely locally. File names, paths, and sizes are never transmitted to us. Only licence validation requests (your licence key and an anonymous machine identifier) reach our servers.

What we collect

• Account data: your name and email address when you register.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only a customer reference and card brand/last four.
• Licence data: a hashed machine identifier and activation timestamps.

How we use it

To provide the service: authenticating you, delivering licence keys, enforcing machine limits, and (if you opt in) sending product updates.

Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from your portal, or by contacting support.
